This trip is something I really want to go on. The music boat sounds like a great time. I love all the bands attending. There is just one problem, I am in the Army Reserves, and our unit is slotted to go to Afganistan sometime after October. My son is 15 and lost his mother abandoned him after I got custody even though shee still lives here in the same town, My son has a calling and I believe this trip could help him to realize it. God has recently called me, by writing a book, well it was about 2 yrs ago, I sent my manuscript off to about 5 different publishers, Author house, Xlibris, Dorrence, Tate, and I forget the other ones. but all of the ones above want my book and have been fighting over it. Tate is a Christian publisher that excepts only about 4% of all manuscripts. I have chosen them. My book is due out this fall. I would love for it to be part of Music Boat 2010. So there are so many reasons to attend but what if I reserve and cannot attend because of My commitment.
