Please give us a quick bio:
I grew up in Lake Havasu City, AZ with my mom and brother. Like every kid in Arizona, I entertained
myself by chasing lizards, playing in the lake, and building forts. I grew up as one of the boys. In high
school I was the over excited spirited person that was not only in every club but president. For that
reason, my eye now twitches at the sight of purple and gold. I am someone that would rather be
surrounded by people. I started in radio at a young age hosting a teen show called Vision 20/20 on
KNLB. I did the show for 8 years. The station manager invested a lot into me and I later hosted the
morning show. I also worked as the program director and morning show host for Alive FM (KWFH). I
went on to graduate from Biola University in the Los Angeles area. I am excited about this next phase in life as I step out and come into my own.
Who are some of your favorite bands?
I am a music GEEK! But also a little sheltered. I only know Christian music. Some of my favorite bands
are: Mercy Me, Addison Road, Jonny Diaz, Sactus Real, Thousand Foot Krutch, FM Static, The Afters,
tobyMac, NEEDTOBREATHE, Seventh Day Slumber, Mikeschair, Francesca Battistelli, Tenth Avenue
North…to name a few. See geek.
What are you reading right now?
Ya. I don’t read. I CAN, I just DON’T. It is sad that I have gotten this far in life and besides the Bible
have only read one book… ok one in a half and they were both fantastic. Bait of Satan by John Bevere
and The Atonement Child by Francine Rivers.
Do you have a favorite movie?
Movies are one of my favorite past time. My favorite movies are ones that watched with my brother. I
have never known someone else that laughs as hard at movies. It makes it. He has a good hardy
laugh. I do like the X-men trilogy since I loved them as a kid, Emperor’s New Groove, and anything
with Anthony Hopkins.
How much TV do you watch in a week?
I don’t have a TV but if I see the food network channel is it like a bug to light. I can’t turn away. I also
like House, Glee, CSI, and Criminal Minds.
Is there a food you could eat all day every day for the rest of your life?
Ethnic food, good old BBQ, or chocolate milk
Why do you work in radio?
My modeling career went south. No…I love people and the ability radio has to connect with people.
If I asked you for one verse in the Bible that I should memorize, what would it be?
When asked this question I typically like to pull a strange verse out of Leviticus just to see if they
really look it up.
